Since the advent of the first bicycles, many people have dreamed of a two-wheel motor vehicle, easy but reliable at the same time. Thus, the first scooters were born, which were rather bicycles with a motor attached, bearing the name of "mopeds". Over the years, scooters have begun to differentiate themselves from motorcycles by their lower consumption, but also lower speed, making them perfect for commutes or short roads in the urban environment. Following the Vienna Convention of 1977, it was established that the main feature of the scooters is the engine, whose capacity should not exceed 50 cubic centimeters.
