The history of RMS began with the opening of the "F.lli Mandelli" bicycle and motorcycle repair business. In the following years, the business grew and evolved alongside the repair service for the sale and distribution of spare parts and accessories.
1970
The RMS brand officially became the company name.
1990
The 1990s marks a new stage in the growth of RMS: a new Original Equipment (OEM) product line is introduced, dedicated exclusively to bicycle manufacturers.
2000
RMS becomes a joint-stock company and could be considered in all effects a state-of-the-art company in Italy and Europe in its sector.
2010
The motorcycle and scooter aftermarket, bicycle and OEM divisions are brought together under one roof and RMS moves to its current headquarters in Seregno, a 24,000 square meter building that houses the headquarters and warehouse.
2011
The RMS company has started distributing original Vespa spare parts from the newly born RMS Classic range.
2016
It is the beginning of the commitment in the world of electric bicycles: RMS becomes the exclusive distributor for Italy of two brands EBIKE DAS ORIGINAL and Kettler, leading German companies in a sector that represents the mobility of the future.
2018
RMS continues to grow: in 2018 the new automated warehouse was inaugurated, a unique one for this sector. HIVE, as it's called, is capable of storing up to 33,000 references and extracting up to 500 boxes/product every hour, working 24/7 with a highly accurate mechanism.
