Carburetor cleaning spray

Description

Doson Carburetor Cleaning Spray is an aerosol cleaning product designed to remove dirt and deposits from the intake manifold and visible carburetor parts.

Properties
- Strong solvent, dissolves and removes dirt very quickly
- Powerful spray jet for active cleaning
- Clean carburetor and intake manifold without disassembly
- Dissolves gums, varnishes and deposits

Applications
- On the visible parts of the carburetor (shock and throttle valves, air passages, adjusting screws, vent tubes, outer parts).
- In the intake manifold of injection systems or carburetor engines
- On the positive valve block of the engine block

Indications
- For carburetor:
For complete cleaning (internal and external), use with WCCL (see data sheet)
To clean visible parts:
Remove the air filter. Start the engine and let it warm up. Put the shock in the open position. With the engine warm, spray the product into the intake manifold on dirty parts. Spray at intervals. If necessary, accelerate to prevent the engine from stalling due to enrichment of the mixture. Continue until all parts are clean.

Remove the air filter, warm up the engine, put the shock in the open position. With the engine warm, spray into the intake manifold at intervals. Accelerate if necessary to prevent the engine from stopping.
For airflow flap systems, open the flap manually if necessary.
- Automatic shock
Remove the air filter. With the engine switched off, spray on both sides of the shock damper, opening and closing manually
- P.C.V. (positive ventilation of the engine block)
Disconnect the engine valve side of the vent valve. Insert the extension tube into the open end of the valve and spray by moving the valve back and forth. Start the engine, spray in the valve several times to wash it completely.

Careful
Do not spray on painted surfaces.
If this happens, wash immediately with water to prevent damage.
