Brush cutter was packed and secured perfectly. My unit had a poorly assembled clutch; one of its linings was jammed, causing the head to slip at idle. After disassembling and reassembling the clutch, the problem disappeared. I should also add that the brush cutter was twisted tightly enough that it didn't require any adjustments. The shaft and head were factory lubricated.
