Payment, Delivery & Returns

1. Payment Methods

You may choose one of the following secure payment options:

1.1 Online Card Payment

(Visa / Visa Electron / Mastercard / Maestro)

Payments are processed via our authorized payment provider using 3D Secure authentication (PSD2 – Strong Customer Authentication compliant).

🔒 We do not store or access your card details.
No additional processing fees are charged.

1.2 PayPal

You may also pay securely via PayPal.

After selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform where you can complete the payment using:

  • PayPal balance

  • Linked credit/debit card

  • Linked bank account (depending on country)

The order is processed once payment confirmation is received.

1.3 Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Payment by bank transfer is made based on a proforma invoice issued after order confirmation.

The order will be shipped only after full payment is received.

2. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Romania (European Union).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • total weight

  • package size

Estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout.

Tracking information is provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

⚠ For parcels exceeding 30 kg or oversized shipments, additional transport charges may apply. If applicable, customers will be informed before shipment.

VAT is applied according to EU OSS regulations for cross-border sales.

Risk transfers to the consumer when the goods are physically delivered.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer (private individual), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

  • Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Return Conditions

Returned goods must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Not show signs of installation, oil, mounting or damage

The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Packages must be returned without cash-on-delivery.

6. Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or technical reasons

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products showing installation traces or usage

7. Damaged Parcels

Please inspect the parcel upon delivery.

If the parcel shows visible damage, it must be opened in the presence of the courier and a damage report must be issued.

Claims regarding transport damage without courier report may be difficult to process.
