Generalmotor.ro - Roco Piese - is the first online store in the field with an experience of over 10 years.
We practice the right price policy and the satisfied customer. The basic idea is that a satisfied customer will definitely come back and in turn will recommend us.
2. How do you find us?
Simple! We are waiting for you every day from Monday to Friday between 10.00 - 16.00 on the phone: 0373.760.350 - number with normal tariff. At these numbers we are at your disposal for information, notifications, requests, but at the moment we do not register telephone orders. To do this, please place your order online.
In order to maintain the efficiency we have shown so far, we have chosen to deliver only by courier. At the moment, our products cannot be picked up. We will certainly have this possibility in the future.
3. What should the customer know?
The displayed prices do not hide any tax, they are the real prices at which the products are sold. Only the shipping fee needs to be added.

How do I pay?
We offer several methods:
- You will pay the courier (refund) the value of the products upon receipt of the package / parcels. It will issue you a receipt for the amount collected, a receipt that will be considered a receipts accounting document.
- By payment order based on a proforma invoice received from a Roco Piese operator. Payment confirmation will be sent by e-mail to comenzi@generalmotor.ro Delivery will be made after collection of the order amount. Orders are also honored for state institutions (treasury account).
- Online, with the help of a bank card. In this case, transportation is cheaper.
How do I receive the products?
Deliveries are made as follows:
For orders with a value of less than 50 lei: Courier 25 lei; Payment by card - 17 lei
For orders between 50 - 300 lei - transport fee 18 lei. For the payment with the card the courier fee is 10 lei.
Free delivery for orders over 300 lei!

4. I want to give up a product! Return?
Beyond the aspects regulated by law, we want first of all a pleasant and honest experience with our clients. Therefore, your final satisfaction will be for us the main benchmark in solving any problems.

5. One last aspect ....
The products sold on our site are compatible for the specified models but are not original. All parts benefit from a 24-month warranty from the time of sale. Please keep the proof of installation (service invoice) because without it, the legal warranty is canceled. The warranty for legal entities is 12 months.
